Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We hope that you will enjoy our products. However, in the unlikely case you would like to return or exchange your product after purchasing, please follow the steps below:
Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of purchase. If it is after that period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging, undamaged, and with all labels and accessories intact.
If the above conditions are met, you may either return it to our Key West location for a refund or exchange or you may return it to us via mail. To initiate a return via mail, please email returns@aquadkeys.com along with a photo of the item you wish to return. Then, you will receive a return authorization number. Returns without an authorization number or are not received in their original condition (with protective film, if applicable) will not be accepted.

You are responsible for shipping expenses when sending an item back by mail. The original order's shipping expenses are non-refundable. Please be aware that some carriers may impose restrictions on the shipment of perfumes or fragrances. Consult your preferred carrier for further details.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
REFUNDS
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment automatically. The time it takes for a credit to appear on your bill can vary based on the payment method and/or supplier you use.
Final Sale Items
Unfortunately, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to return an item due to this and receive a replacement for the same item, please contact us at returns@aquadkeys.com for return instructions.
